Online Peer Support Sessions
A Short Note
If you live with chronic symptoms — tinnitus, OCD, anxiety, or that persistent discomfort that never fully goes away — you probably already know what good therapy looks like. This isn't that.
Peer support is something different. It’s not clinical, there’s no treatment plan, and I’m not your practitioner. It’s simply a conversation with someone who has been living with the same kind of thing since they were 16 and who gets it in a way that’s hard to find elsewhere.
Not just theoretically, but through lived experience.
These sessions came about because people asked for them. Over time, people who found my YouTube videos reached out to say the honesty helped them feel less alone, and many asked if there was a way to talk directly. Not for therapy or clinical advice. Just to speak with someone who genuinely understood what this feels like. That’s what I’ve tried to offer, and the people I’ve worked with have told me that being heard by someone who truly gets it without an agenda to fix or reframe was something they couldn’t easily find elsewhere.
I do this because it genuinely means something to me. Being able to hold space for that struggle, and to make someone feel a little less alone in it, is not something I take lightly.
Sessions are $120 AUD/hour. If you’d like to find out more about how they work, what to expect, and a bit more of my story, you can read all of that at alice-moyle.com and book from there when you’re ready.
If that sounds like something you’ve been quietly looking for, I’d love to connect.
Alice
